Born in west Texas, the Teacher loved school and was particularly inspired by a Chemistry teacher. Perhaps because of that experience, she continued a fascination with chemistry and has sought to share that fascination with others. She no longer teaches school, but continues to enjoy the subject. Chemistry is a strange and difficult subject to some people. But you may not realize just how much chemistry is a part of our daily lives. From the make-up and after-shave in your dressing room, to the food in your kitchen, you are using chemicals.
